Who can take part

  • Your child has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy.
  • They get more than 75% of their daily calories from a commercial formula through a g-tube (at least 12 French size).
  • Your insurance covers a special blenderized tube feeding formula.
  • Your child's weight is not too low or too high for their age on a CP-specific growth chart.
  • They do not have a rapidly worsening neurological disease or use a special monomeric formula.
  • Feeds go into the stomach, not past it (no transpyloric or jejunal tube).
