Who can take part
- You and your partner have been trying to get pregnant for at least 12 months, and no female cause has been found.
- You are a man age 18 to 45.
- You have a grade 2 or 3 varicocele (enlarged veins in the scrotum) that can be felt or seen.
- Your semen analysis (sperm count, movement, and shape) is normal according to the latest WHO guidelines.
- You have no other urogenital conditions (like infections, blockages, or genetic problems) that affect fertility.
- Your BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9 (normal weight).
