Who can take part

  • You have a brain tumor called a diffuse glioma (confirmed by biopsy).
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You are well enough to care for yourself (performance score of 60 or higher).
  • Your tumor type is either an IDH-negative glioblastoma or an IDH-mutant glioma that needs radiation.
  • You have not had radiation to the head, neck, or brain before, and are not currently on chemotherapy.
  • You do not have multiple separate tumors or other conditions that prevent having MRI or PET scans during treatment.
