  • You are female and between 18 and 40 years old
  • You have not had any surgery on your legs
  • Your birth control method has not changed in the last 6 months
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You are not taking unregulated micro-progestogen birth control (or if you are, you have a regular cycle)
  • You have not had a knee injury, fracture, or sprain
