Who can take part
- You have advanced breast cancer that cannot be removed with surgery and has spread to other parts of the body.
- You have been referred to an in-home hospice service by your Dana-Farber clinical team within the last week.
- You can join video or phone check-ins (with help if needed) and agree to a short survey about 4–6 weeks later.
- Your hospice care will be at home (not in a hospital or facility) and within Massachusetts.
- You are willing to share contact information for a family member or loved one who can answer a survey about 4 weeks after you start.
- You are 18 or older and can give verbal consent (with interpreter help if needed).
