AI Predicts Chemo Effectiveness Before Breast Surgery

Breast Cancer

Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This study uses an AI model to predict how well chemotherapy will work before breast cancer surgery. It looks back at medical records and images from women who have already completed treatment to see if the AI can help guide future care.

  • You had surgery to remove all cancer after chemotherapy.
  • You have a biopsy sample (tissue taken before chemotherapy) and a breast MRI taken within 2 weeks before starting chemo.

NCT07327970Recruiting
AI test to predict breast cancer treatment response

This study tests whether an AI tool can predict how well breast cancer responds to chemotherapy given before surgery. Your tumor sample from a needle biopsy will be analyzed to see if the AI's prediction matches your actual treatment outcome.

NCT06649565Recruiting
AI model to predict breast cancer treatment response

This trial uses an artificial intelligence model to predict how well breast cancer responds to neoadjuvant therapy (treatment before surgery). It aims to improve treatment planning by analyzing MRI scans taken before and after therapy.

NCT07244094Recruiting
AI predicts breast cancer spread risk from tissue scans

This trial uses artificial intelligence to analyze images of your tumor tissue to predict if breast cancer might spread to other parts of the body. It may help doctors better understand your individual risk and guide treatment decisions.

NCT07689929Not yet recruiting
AI to predict breast cancer treatment response

This trial uses artificial intelligence to analyze tissue samples and predict how well a targeted therapy called Pyrotinib works for advanced breast cancer. It aims to help doctors choose the best treatment for each patient.

Hangzhou, Zhejiang
NCT05981326Recruiting
Computer model to predict chemo response in early breast cancer

This study looks at how well a computer model can predict if breast cancer will completely respond to chemotherapy before surgery. It is for people with early-stage breast cancer who are about to start neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

Angers
NCT06717984Recruiting
AI model for breast cancer from tissue images

This trial tests an artificial intelligence (AI) model that looks at pictures of breast tissue to find cancer. It may help improve early detection and reduce the need for invasive tests.
