  • Women aged 18 or older with invasive breast cancer
  • Stage I to III breast cancer
  • Had an MRI before and after neoadjuvant therapy
  • Planning to have surgery (mastectomy or breast-conserving) after neoadjuvant therapy
  • Treated at a participating research center between January 2024 and October 2025
  • Good performance status (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2)
