  • You are 18 or older.
  • You are generally healthy and have no ongoing medical conditions like heart disease, diabetes, or cancer.
  • You have not taken any prescription medications or vitamin supplements in the last 2 weeks.
  • You have not donated blood or had major blood loss in the last 4 months.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or within one year after childbirth.
  • Your blood pressure and body mass index (BMI) are within normal ranges.
