  • Either a healthy weight (BMI 18.5-26.9) or higher weight (BMI over 26 but under 36)
  • No heavy drinking, smoking, or major weight changes recently
  • Not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Must be able to stop certain medications and supplements temporarily
