  • You are between 20 and 45 years old.
  • You are Egyptian (live in Egypt or are of Egyptian origin).
  • You have at least 20 natural teeth that are still working (not missing).
  • You are willing to follow the study instructions.
  • You do not have severe gum disease or a serious mental health condition.
  • You do not need emergency dental care right now.
