Who can take part
- You have cerebral palsy.
- You were between 2 and 15 years old when you had SDR surgery.
- You had SDR surgery at Great Ormond Street Hospital between 2013 and 2021.
- Your walking ability is level II or III on the GMFCS scale (meaning you can walk with or without help).
- You had a checkup before surgery and at least one follow-up at 6, 12, or 24 months after surgery.
