  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You can read, write, and understand Turkish
  • You have received breastfeeding training at a pregnancy school
  • You are a first-time mom in your 36th week of a healthy pregnancy
  • You have no hearing, vision, or speech problems that would make communication hard
  • You do not have a psychiatric illness or a high-risk pregnancy
