- You have soft tissue sarcoma or certain other tumors
- You have a tumor that is at least 2 centimeters or seen on a PET scan
- You are willing to provide a tissue sample (biopsy) from your tumor
- You have adequate blood counts, liver and kidney function
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
