- You are a woman who was born female and identifies as a woman
- You are 18 or older
- You have not had a running-related injury in the last 3 months
- You run at least 3 times per week, on average, for the past 6 months
- You own a GPS smart watch with an optical heart rate sensor
- Your shoe size is between US women's 6.5 and 8.5
- You can attend one in-person orientation session
- You can read and speak English
