Who can take part
- You must be an active member of Acibadem University's basketball or volleyball team
- You've been training regularly for at least the past 6 months
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have no serious injury or surgery in the past 6 months
- You don't have uncontrolled heart problems, nerve disorders, or other medical conditions that would make exercise unsafe
- If female, you are not pregnant or within 6 months after giving birth
