Who can take part

  • You must be between 12 and 65 years old (depending on the part of the study).
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of Netherton syndrome (for parts 3 and 4).
  • Your skin symptoms must be moderate to severe, measured by a doctor’s rating (IGA score 3 or higher).
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and agree to use birth control during the study.
  • Your kidney function must be normal for your age (checked with a blood test).
  • You must be able to follow study rules and visit the clinic as needed.
