Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have a type of liver cancer called hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
- Your cancer is at BCLC stage B or C — meaning it's advanced enough that surgery or a liver transplant isn't an option.
- You are planning to receive or already receiving TACE (a treatment that blocks blood supply to the tumor) combined with two medications: tiragolumab and a first-line targeted therapy.
- You are not taking part in any other clinical studies.
- You do not have certain rare types of liver cancer (fibrolamellar, sarcomatoid, or mixed), and the tumor is not in major blood vessels of the liver.
- You have not taken antibiotics in the last month, and you have not had any other type of cancer before.
