Who can take part
- You are 18–75 years old and have a confirmed diagnosis of liver cancer (not bile-duct cancer).
- Your cancer has at least one measurable spot on CT (size limits apply) and can’t be removed with surgery or cured with ablation.
- Your liver cancer stage is CNLC Ⅱa to Ⅲb, and your liver function is Child-Pugh A or B (about 5–7 points).
- Your overall strength/fitness is ECOG 0–1, and you’re expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- Your blood counts, kidneys, and other key organ tests are within required ranges.
- If you have hepatitis B (HBV), the virus level must be controlled and you must take antiviral treatment during the study.
