Who can take part

  • You have a mild to moderate bunion (the angle of your big toe is between 15 and 40 degrees).
  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You are experiencing pain and have trouble doing everyday activities because of your bunion.
  • You are not currently doing physical therapy, using a brace, or doing special exercises for your bunion.
  • You do not have rheumatoid arthritis, a stiff big toe, or a history of foot surgery or custom shoe inserts.
