- You are 60 years old or older
- You can move your hips, knees, and ankles normally for everyday activities
- You can walk for 10 minutes without stopping (with or without a cane or walker)
- You have no major memory or thinking problems
- You have not had a leg injury in the last 6 months or leg surgery in the last year
- You are not taking any medications or substances that could affect your walking
