  • You are between 18 and 40 years old
  • You are pregnant with a single baby
  • Your pregnancy is between 18 and 36 weeks
  • You have a normal body weight (BMI 18–25)
  • You do not have any chronic or serious health conditions
  • Your baby does not have known chromosomal or developmental problems
