  • You are eligible for military healthcare (DEERS)
  • You are between 18 and 64 years old
  • You have had low back pain for more than 3 months
  • Your average pain in the last week is at least 3 out of 10
  • You can attend 6 to 10 treatment sessions over at least 6 weeks
  • You have not had spinal surgery, spinal injections, or nerve blocks in the past year
