Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You are currently pregnant with one baby (not twins or more) and in your third trimester.
  • This is your first pregnancy, or you have had one planned C-section before and it was at least two years since that pregnancy.
  • You do not have a medical reason that would make a C-section necessary during this pregnancy.
  • You do not have a diagnosed mental health condition.
