  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must volunteer to join the study
  • You must have a high score (53 or more) on the Traumatic Birth Perception Scale
  • Your pregnancy must be low-risk (no conditions like pre-eclampsia, diabetes, or placenta previa)
  • Your baby must be healthy with no known problems
  • You must be able to read and write
