- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 19 and 40.

- For the liver disease groups, you must have a diagnosis of MASH (fatty liver) or primary sclerosing cholangitis, with certain lab markers.
- For the Crohn's disease group, you must have narrowing in the bowel due to scarring (fibrostenotic disease) and low disease activity.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the trial.
