Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed solid tumor: breast cancer, head and neck cancer, pancreatic cancer, or brain glioma
  • Your cancer has grown or progressed within the past 12 months
  • You are at least 18 years old and in generally stable health (expected to live at least 3 months)
  • A special PET scan shows the experimental drug picks up your tumor (with a measurement called SUV of at least 4)
  • You have recovered from side effects of any recent cancer treatments to mild levels or baseline
  • You are willing to use effective birth control if you could become pregnant, for at least 24 weeks after treatment
