- You are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are between 15 and 65 years old
- You have been diagnosed with GLM through a biopsy
- Your liver and kidney function are normal
- You are not allergic to the antibiotics rifampin, isoniazid, or ethambutol
- You do not have breast cancer
