  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 40 or lower.
  • You have not practiced yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, or a similar mindfulness program 2 or more times in the last month, or 10 or more times in the last year.
