Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have had moderate to severe pelvic pain (4 or higher on a 0-10 scale) from endometriosis for more than 6 months.
- You are currently on a waitlist for surgery for endometriosis.
- You do not have other chronic pain conditions (like irritable bowel syndrome, migraines, fibromyalgia, or chronic back pain).
- You do not have any medical conditions that would make hyperbaric oxygen therapy unsafe (like a collapsed lung, unstable heart disease, or need for IV medications).
