  • You have moderate to severe Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis.
  • You started taking upadacitinib (Rinvoq) at least 12 months ago.
  • You are still taking it, or you stopped taking it after at least 12 months.
  • You have never taken upadacitinib in a clinical trial or through an early access program.
  • You do not have a stoma (a surgical opening in your abdomen).
