Who can take part
- You are a man aged 45 or older.
- You have bothersome urinary symptoms due to an enlarged prostate (BPH).
- Your symptom score (IPSS) is 13 or higher.
- Your peak urine flow rate is 15 ml/sec or less.
- You have not had any prior surgery or minimally invasive procedure for BPH.
- Your prostate is between 80 and 120 ml in size (measured by ultrasound).
- You have no active urinary tract infection, prostate cancer, or bladder problems.
