  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You can walk on your own (no cane or walker needed).
  • You have not had surgery on your leg or hip joints, and you do not have certain joint diseases like rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis.
  • You can communicate and follow instructions, and your vision and hearing are good enough for the study.
  • You do not have a neurological condition (like a stroke or spinal cord injury) or a balance-related inner ear disorder (like Meniere's disease).
