- You are between 18 and 40 years old
- Your BMI is between 18.5 and 24.4
- You are pregnant with one baby and it's less than 16 weeks along
- Your OB doctor has given you the OK to exercise
- You do not have major health conditions like HIV, cancer, diabetes, or uncontrolled high blood pressure
- You do not use tobacco, alcohol, or recreational drugs
