Who can take part

  • You are between 32 and 42 years old
  • You have had at least one previous IVF cycle where no successful pregnancy occurred
  • You have a history of poor-quality embryos on day 3 or day 5 of development
  • Your BMI is between 18 and 25
  • You have not taken vitamin B3-related supplements (like coenzyme Q10, vitamin E, carnitine, niacin, nicotinamide) in the past month
  • You do not have severe uterine or ovarian problems, such as endometriosis with chocolate cysts, polycystic ovaries, or premature ovarian failure
