Treatments studied

Part of Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This trial is for IVF patients who need genetic testing (PGT-A) before embryo transfer. It compares two different hormone protocols (PPOS and GnRH antagonists) used to stimulate egg growth and collection in a double stimulation cycle.

Comparing ovarian stimulation methods for IVF

This study compares two methods of stimulating the ovaries before IVF: one using a standard hormone (hCG) and another using a different protocol. The goal is to see if the new method works as well as the standard one, while possibly being more cost-effective.

Comparing two embryo-testing methods for women with PCOS

This trial compares a new way of testing embryos (PIMS) with the standard method (PGT-A) for women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) who are doing IVF. The goal is to see which method helps more women have a successful pregnancy.

Comparing two IVF stimulation approaches for better egg collection

This trial tests a new way to stimulate ovaries after ovulation using a single injection of Elonva, compared to a standard method starting on day 2 of the menstrual cycle. It aims to see which approach leads to more mature eggs for IVF or ICSI.

Compare two fertility protocols for PCOS blastocyst testing results

This Phase 3 study compares two hormone/medication schedules to help women with PCOS grow embryos, then checks embryo genetic status using PGT-A. It may help determine which protocol leads to better “euploid” (chromosome-normal) blastocysts for transfer.

Comparing Two Hormone Methods for IVF Stimulation

This study compares two ways to prepare the ovaries for egg retrieval before IVF: using a progestin hormone or a GnRH antagonist. The goal is to see which method leads to more successful embryo transfers.

Comparing two IVF methods with time-lapse imaging

This study compares two types of ovarian stimulation protocols (PPOS and GnRH antagonist) for women undergoing IVF with a freeze-all embryo plan. It uses time-lapse imaging to see if one approach leads to better embryo development.
