  • You are between 18 and 55 years old and in good health.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 32, and you weigh at least 50 kg (110 pounds).
  • You are willing to use effective contraception if you are of childbearing potential or are a male having sex with a woman who could become pregnant.
  • You have not used any prescription or over-the-counter medications (except acetaminophen) in the last 21 days.
  • You are not currently taking any medications that affect your immune system and have not used them in the past 30 days.
  • You have no significant skin conditions (like eczema) where the drug might be applied, and no tattoos in that area.
