Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 45 years old
- You are in good general health with no active or chronic diseases
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 32, and you weigh at least 50 kg (about 110 pounds)
- If you are a woman, you agree to use effective birth control and are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- If you are a man, you agree to use a condom when having sex with a woman who could become pregnant or is breastfeeding
- You have not taken any prescription or over-the-counter medications (except up to 4 grams of paracetamol per day) in the 14 days before the study starts
- You are able to communicate well in Dutch and follow the study rules
