  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • You are seeing a doctor for the first time at this hospital because they suspect you may have endometriosis
  • You have had an ultrasound or MRI that shows signs of endometriosis (these are imaging tests that look inside your body)
  • You agree to take part in the study and can read and write French
  • You have not had major pelvic surgery for endometriosis (like surgery to remove endometriosis growths or a hysterectomy)
