Who can take part

  • You have been playing basketball for at least one year
  • You are an amateur or semi-professional player
  • You train 4-5 days a week and compete in a league
  • You have never used a mouthguard before
  • You do not have major dental or jaw problems, and you do not breathe mostly through your mouth
  • You have a health certificate saying you can do high-intensity sports
