Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have a non-cancerous narrowing of the esophagus that hasn't gotten better after endoscopic stretching.
- The narrowing is less than 5 cm long and there is only one narrowing.
- You haven't lost more than 10% of your weight in the last 3 months.
- If you could become pregnant, you must agree to use highly effective contraception during the study.
