Trial of a lab-made human esophagus graft for stricture

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have a non-cancerous narrowing of the esophagus that hasn't gotten better after endoscopic stretching.
  • The narrowing is less than 5 cm long and there is only one narrowing.
  • You haven't lost more than 10% of your weight in the last 3 months.
  • If you could become pregnant, you must agree to use highly effective contraception during the study.
