  • Child is not meeting most of the daily guidelines for activity, sleep, or screen time (they meet 0 or 1 out of 3).
  • Parent has a smartphone and is willing to download the study app for about 12 weeks.
  • Parent speaks English fluently.
  • Parent can travel to the University of Kansas Medical Center for study visits.
