Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with breast or gynecological cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body (no metastasis).
- You are able to ride a stationary bike at a moderate pace for up to 15 minutes.
- Your hemoglobin level (a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen) must be above 10 at the start of the study.
- Your liver function tests (ALT and AST) must be within a certain safe range (less than 2.5 times the upper limit of normal).
- You are not very sedentary — you should have a score of 14 or higher on a short physical activity questionnaire.
