This study tests if a new tool can help clinics in Spanish-speaking communities get more people screened for colorectal cancer. If you are an adult 45–75 who is due for screening and get care at a participating clinic, you may be eligible.

Who can take part
- You are 45 to 75 years old and due for colorectal cancer screening (for example, no stool test in the past year or no colonoscopy in the past 10 years)
- You get your regular care at a clinic where at least 1 in 4 people prefer Spanish
- You do not have a personal or close family history of colorectal cancer or a genetic risk for it
- You are able to make your own medical decisions (no serious memory or thinking problems)
- If you join the study team, you can speak Spanish or both Spanish and English
