Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with early-onset colorectal cancer (EOCRC) that started before age 50 (or earlier in life).
  • You had surgery to remove the cancer (such as a partial or total colectomy) and the cancer was stage I, II, or III (not spread to far parts of the body).
  • You have no other current or past cancers (except maybe some skin cancers).
  • You have survived at least 1 month after surgery and have follow-up medical records.
