This trial tests if a special type of stitch (barbed suture) used to repair the uterus during cesarean section can reduce the chance of developing a small pocket or gap in the uterine scar, called isthmocele. If you are having a planned or emergency c-section at Hospital Clinic of Barcelona, you may be able to join.
