  • You are over 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with liver cirrhosis (any stage, even if you don't have symptoms).
  • You do not have a sudden or recent liver problem (like an acute infection).
  • You do not have a current infection (including in the belly fluid).
  • You do not have active cancer outside the liver.
  • You have not had a liver transplant before.
