  • You are a pregnant teen between 13 and 19 years old.
  • You are less than 19 weeks and 6 days pregnant.
  • You plan to deliver at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC).
  • You have a smartphone or internet access.
  • You do not have diabetes, an eating disorder, or current substance abuse problems.
