TNT Treatment for Rotator Cuff Tendon Pain

Who can take part

  • You have had shoulder pain for at least 3 months.
  • The pain is on the outer side of your upper arm.
  • A specific shoulder test (Hawkins-Kennedy) shows signs of a rotator cuff issue.
  • You do not have pain in both shoulders.
  • You can raise your affected arm at least 90 degrees (like making a right angle with your body).
