Who can take part

  • You must be between 12 and 49 years old
  • You must weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 pounds)
  • You must have a sarcoma that has returned or not responded to standard therapy
  • You must have adequate organ function (bone marrow, kidneys, liver, heart)
  • You must not have had prior treatment with PEEL-224
  • You must agree to use effective contraception if applicable
