This study tests a program called ScreenTalk to see if it helps more people get screened for colorectal cancer. It is for people who have a close family member with colorectal cancer and have not had a colonoscopy in the last 5 years.

Who can take part
- Age between 40 and 75, or within 10 years of when your family member was diagnosed with colorectal cancer
- Have one close family member (parent, sibling, or child) who had colorectal cancer before age 60, or at least two close family members with colorectal cancer at any age
- Have not had a colonoscopy in the last 5 years
- Can use WeChat yourself or have a close family member at home who can help you use it
- Able to read and speak Chinese
